My journey began with a foundation in Fashion Design and History of Art.
I developed a sharp, sensory eye for objects, fashion, and trends whilst starting my career as a Fashion Merchandiser and Buyer at SK Planet in Seoul.

Driven by a desire for deeper curation, I relocated to London and founded sai sai achilles in 2018, which I continue to nurture today.
It is a small boutique, slow-lifestyle platform dedicated to reinterpreting the fast-paced energy of Korean fashion, weaving it thoughtfully into the distinct cultural fabric of Europe.
Moving through Seoul and London, I transitioned to Tokyo in 2025 to begin a new chapter of life and work.
Over the past few years, I have operated as an independent photographer and creative director, leading editorial photo shoots and visual content for prominent partners including Vogue Korea and SW19.
In my visual practice, I immerse myself in the unrefined warmth of natural light and the raw, tactile textures that carry the traces of time.
I am deeply captivated by the process of capturing the most unforced, natural moments behind the lens, solidifying them into enduring visual records.
Much of my inspiration stems from timeless narratives found in Eastern and Western history and mythology. Whether I am shooting a project or curating visual elements, my focus never rests merely on the surface of an object, but rather on the latent energy and hidden stories embedded within it.
I am drawn to work where memory and worldviews take centre stage; my goal at the cultural crossroads is not to simply 'mix' diverse elements, but to organically 'connect' them.
Discovering an innate, solitary beauty within the seemingly mundane landscapes — that is my way of seeing the world entirely fresh again.
Standing at the intersection of Seoul’s dynamic energy, London’s analog atmosphere steeped in history, and the distinct streets of Tokyo, I continue my visual exploration of documenting what lies beneath the surface of everyday objects.
Whilst my Japanese is still at a beginner’s level, I hold a firm belief in images, senses, and sincerity that resonate far before language does.
I look forward to meaningful encounters, intimate and profound collaborations, and unexpected creative journeys beginning in Tokyo.
